Pecan Crisps




These are the cookies my Great-Grandma Mary used to make for my mom.  My great-grandma used to always tell my mom "I'm never making these again!  They take forever to make and you eat them like chips."

I actually thought they were a quicker recipe.  

You use a cup to flatten them.  You dip the cup in sugar and brush it with whisked egg whites.  It's fun to flatten.
